Returns policy
Please read carefully
JEWELLERY, FRAGRANCE AND FASCINATORS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE !!!
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition sold with all original tags still attached. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
We do not accept return parcels through Evri. Please use Royal Mail or come into the store at Idlewells Indoor Market.
Remember to fill in your returns sheet and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us via post or drop off to our address. If you do not have a form, please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and items to return with reasons.
All items must:
- Be unwashed
- Have all labels attached
- Be unused/ not worn
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
- Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
*We recommend returning items through a trackable method as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Deboutique reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer.
Exchanges – Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
